I’m absolutely thrilled with the stunning balloon displays from Pops & Pics for our celebrations! Melinda has designed two separate birthday displays, as well as a graduation and a retirement one. With only a few ideas/ requests, she designed amazing pieces that were the talk of the town- vibrant colors, beautiful arrangements, and a perfect mix of balloons and individual touches that tied the whole party theme together. They made such a statement and were the first thing everyone noticed (and loved!) when they walked in!
